Custom Order Policy

* Contact me so we can discuss what you want!  I will not begin any project without your approval & a detailed description of what you need.  I prefer contact via emails so I have a written record of what you need (birthstones, charms, names, initials, etc.).

* Once all the details of your piece have been finalized, I will quote you a final price.  I will not charge you more than this price, unless you request more work or added components. 

* I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted price.  I will not order supplies or begin working until this has been paid.  I accept checks, money order, or can send you a PayPal invoice for payments by credit cards.

* I am happy to take photos of my work so you can see progress on your piece. 

* Payment in full is require prior to shipping.  I will not ship a completed project until a full payment has been made & cleared by my bank or PayPal.
